<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guardrail enabling a driver on a run to easily recognize the presence of the guardrail by the spontaneous emission of the whole guardrail at night and furthermore exhibiting the effects of cleaning and deodorization of air around the guardrail, sterilization, rust prevention, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: This guardrail 1 is composed of posts 2 and a guard part 3 formed in curved cross section and installed at the posts 2.
