Data inputted from an input device 5 is given to CPU 27, connection is executed to CPU 27 and a data processing is executed by ROM 29 where various kinds of processing programs are stored. A processing storage device 31 is also connected to CPU 27. Here, the basic point cumulative number which is point-changed by a prescribed change rate in accordance with the usage money amount of the customer and the residual cumulative number of service points which is point-changed by the prescribed change rate in accordance with the base point are recorded and displayed in the card 3 so that the total usage moneyamount of the customer is instantaneously grasped by the cumulative basic point number.
