PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein sensor of high reliability, which simplifies make measuring operations. SOLUTION: Two pH-ISFET's 21a and 21b and one gold electrode 22 are installed on one sapphire base board 16, and a hydrophilic organic thin film consisting of an albumin-glutaraldehyde brigded film 23 is formed on the surface of a silicon nitride film 20 which is the gate part of one of the pH-ISFET's 21b. The protein concentration in a specimen solution is measured on the basis of the output potential difference between the two pH-ISFET's 21a and 21b for the gold electrode 22 at the time of being immersed in the specimen solution. |
