PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a mobile station to automatically grasp position information by adding position information of a base station connected at present in the case of sending a message. SOLUTION: The method is provided with base stations 21 -2n arranged distributingly for a prescribed area and a portable telephone set 1 moving in the area and connecting to the base station 21 being one of the base stations 21 -2n through a radio channel. The base station 2, utilizes the radio communication system whose transmission signal includes a base station signal to identify the base station 21 . A mobile body provided with the portable telephone set 1 separates a base station signal from the signal coming from the base station 21 connecting to the portable telephone set 1 and the base station signal or the information translated from the base station signal is sent to the outside of the mobile body as position information of the portable telephone set 1 with a telephone line section 11 as a radio communication means. The telephone line section 11 includes a communication means to send preset message information and the position information is added to the message information. |
