The holder comprises a tubular piece 5 which has a fixing screw (4) at one end. At the other end is fitted a round rod (6), to which a shorter round rod (9) is welded at an angle of 90 degrees in T-formation. On the upper round rod is fitted a flat or arched round counterpiece (8), which in diameter is smaller than the length of the short round rod. Over the counterpiece is a pressure spring (7) pushed onto the round rod. As the tube piece is greater in diameter than the spring, the latter holds securely at the end of the tube piece. In this way, pressure can be exerted on the spring.
