PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system for managing part screen information according to a product, user, and business office. SOLUTION: In a part screen information management system, when it is judged that an inputted product name is a secret product from product management information, whether or not an inputted user ID is a person capable of access is discriminated from obtained user management information and the product management information. When the user ID is not the person capable of access, an error message is outputted to a terminal 13. When the inputted product name is not the secret product, whether or not the user ID inputted by the product access authority flag of the user management information is a person capable of access to a non-secret product is judged. When the user ID is not the person capable of access, the error message is outputted to the terminal 13. When the user ID is a person capable of access, the part information of a product inputted from a part information data base 53 is read by positive development, and a part information list screen is displayed on the terminal 13. |
