PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously search a known spreading code and an unknown spreading code included in a long mask code symbol. SOLUTION: Correlation devices 91 -9256 input the known spreading codes 51 -5256 and selected spreading codes 61 -6261 together as the code value of 2 bits. The output signals of respective DFFs 101 -10256 are outputted as they are in the case that the code value is '00' and logically inverted and outputted in the case that the code value is '11'. In the case that the code value is '01' or '10', the one other than a most significant bit is outputted by respectively computing the exclusive OR with the most significant bit and '1' is outputted to the most significant bit. Then, an adder 8 adds output from the correlation devices 91 -9256 and attains a correlation result 1. The correlation result 1 is expressed by the complement of 2 and a timing at which the absolute value becomes largest becomes a spreading timing. |
