PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier which has no deterioration in its electrical characteristics with the working frequency and also has a satisfactory load stabilization matching line by connecting serial resonance circuits, which resonate in series with the working frequency and the terminating circuits which are connected in parallel with the serial resonance circuits to the input and output matching lines which are connected to the input and output transmission lines respectively. SOLUTION: This amplifier consists of an inductance element 44, a capacitor 45, an inductance element 56 and a capacitor 57. The input and output terminating circuits consisting of the input and output serial resonance circuits which resonate in series with the working frequency, a resistance 46 of 50Ω, a resistance 58 of 50Ωand a capacitor 59 are connected in parallel with the amplifier. The both terminating circuits are connected to their corresponding input and output matching lines 43 and 55 respectively. With such a configuration, the element 44, the capacitor 45 and the resistance 46 will not affect the line 43 with the working frequency. However, the negative resistance occurring at a high frequency level is attenuated, so that the stability of the amplifier is improved.
