PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a problem in terms of the performance of a flying capacitor circuit such as a common-mode error, a settling time, a voltage leak error or the like. SOLUTION: A flying capacitor circuit is provided with a capacitor 3 which is connected in series, a first switch 2 by which a measuring voltage source 1 is connected to both terminals of the capacitor 3, a differential amplifier 6, a second switch 4 by which both terminals of the capacitor 3 are connected to inputs of the differential amplifier 6 and a third switch 8 by which the intermediate terminal of the capacitor 3 is connected to the signal reference voltage of the differential amplifier 6 at the same timing as the second switch 4. The switch is desirably a semiconductor relay element which optically insulates and drives the gate of a MOS transistor. |
