PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a specific methacrylic acid copolymer as a disintegrating agent or an assistant in a tablet for obtaining an easily producible galenical type tablet, having an excellent cohesive power and a rapid disintegrating rate. SOLUTION: This C-type methacrylic acid copolymer according to the American Pharmacopeia and the National Formulations (e.g.; a compound of the formula) is used as a disintegrating agent or an assistant in a tablet, preferably as a rapid disintegrating agent or an instant type rapid disintegrating agent. Further, one or more of other disintegrating agents such as cross-povidone, etc., are preferably used. The above tablet is preferably aimed at the oral administration and the disintegration in an oral cavity. The above polymer is preferably integrated in a lump material of the tablet, or one or more of the lower part structures of the tablet such as micro-particles of the tablet, a micro-capsule, a layer in the tablet, etc. It is preferable that the above lump material or the lower structure can be changed into a galenical shape by a direct compression. |
