The invention relates to a gastroretentive system comprising a bag that is formed of at least a component pertaining to a semipermeable sleeve and that can swell and prevent or retard the passage through the pylorus by means of gas evolution when liquid, especially gastric juice, gains access. The method is characterised in that the material of the semipermeable sleeve is provided with many small holes, whereby capillaries are formed. |
