<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report a new mail address when a close relative, to whom the new mail address is not reported due to some reason, performs retrieval of a former mail address. SOLUTION: When an address for communication is changed, a plurality of peculiar data such as former communication address, sex, year of birth, birthplace, personal computer under use and full name for specifying a member are registered together with a new address for communication and when a retrieval request is inputted to the former address for communication, the input of a plurality of data of that person having the former address is requested to the party. When >=3 pieces of data among a plurality of inputted peculiar data match the registered peculiar data, the new communication address is reported to the party.</p> |
