PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windproof, burglarproof, and mothproof shutter having a double structure consisting of a fine net body and a coarse net body for securing windproof and waterproof functions, exhibiting a daylighting function, adding a ventilation function or a mothproof function according to usage, and ensuring a burglarproof function by locking in an openable type one. SOLUTION: On the outdoor side (outer frame part 2a) of a door frame 2, the coarse net body 3 having coarse meshes is arranged, and at a fixed interval from the coarse net body 3, the fine net body 4 having fine meshes is arranged on the indoor side (inner frame part 2b).
