PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ink from splashing from end parts of a plate cylinder and a furnisher roller in a transverse direction, and to prevent the occurrence of defective due to that the ink sticks on the plate cylinder side surface in the slide of a doctor in the transverse direction and the ink stuck on the side surface splashes in the rotation of the plate cylinder to deposit on a base material by decreasing the supply quantity of the ink in the case of supplying the ink between the plate cylinder and the furnisher roller.

SOLUTION: Weirs the each diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the furnisher roller are provided on both sides of the furnisher roll.
