PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive belt, an intermediate transfer body and an image forming device having characteristics that the resistance of the belt does not decrease by the transfer voltage, that the uniformity of the electric resistance is improved, that changes in the electric resistance due to the dependence on the electric field and the environment are little, and so on. SOLUTION: The semiconductive belt contains a conducting agent and a thermoplastic elastomer containing epoxy groups in a matrix resin. The amount (number) of the epoxy groups in the thermoplastic elastomer is preferably 2 to 90% of the whole number in the diene component. The thermoplastic elastomer having the epoxy groups is preferably an epoxide of a styrene-butadiene block copolymer. The intermediate transfer body is composed of the above semiconductive belt. Further, the image forming device is equipped with the above semiconductive belt.
