PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a very precise multispot array so that a visible noise pattern does not appear on a final product when using a photosensitive material as a printing plate. SOLUTION: A fiber end face is each mounted inside a housing part of a holding part of a multibeam scanning device with a predetermined rotation angle in reference to the axis. As a result, whole image point has practically the same angle lineup in reference to a target position. Then, an interval between a special image point and the target position becomes zero or nearly zero due to delay of the timing of irradiation to the photosensitive material of deflection of a laser beam flux and/or a laser beam flux so far as it is required.
