CALCULATOR FOR CALCULATING WAVE SOURCE CURRENT USING EMI MEASURED VALUE IN NEAR MAGNETIC FIELD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an EMI measured data in a very near magnetic field of a measured object to calculate and estimate a wave source current in a three- dimensional position in an inside of the measured object. SOLUTION: This wave source current calculator has a regeneration calculation controlling part 13 provided with a hanging-bell-like coefficient correction- calculating means 17 for defining thin columnar solid 8 and for working a hanging-bell-like EMI near magnetic field data by a hanging-bell-like coefficient using the solid as an objective, provided with a matrix calculating means 119 for calculating a thinned calculation wave source current data by a matrix of a locally thinned near magnetic field current matrix generating means 14, and provided with a non-thinned regeneration wave source current calculating means 121 for calculating a locally non-thinned regeneration wave source current data based on the data hereinbefore, and is provided with a measurement and calculation controlling part 7 moved in the thin columnar solid 8 and positions 23 in the vicinity of its center line one after another to estimate and calculate the wave source current in the three-dimensional position inside the measured object 2.
