PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To examine a progesterone concentration existing in blood, milk and the like to determine easily the success of cyesis in a cow in about 20 days after fertilized, and to allow quick and accurate determination by a simple operation. SOLUTION: In this diagnosing kit including an analytical strip coated with a progesterone-cow serum albumin coupled body in a prescribed area as an examination line, in one end stage part of paper formed with many pores having a prescribed size in its inside, and fixed with an anti-mouse immunoglobulin G derived from a sheep as a control line in the other end stage part; and including an anti-progesterone mouse immunoglobulin G - gold label coupled body for reacting with the serum or the skim milk of an examined sample, the success of the noncyesis in the cow is determined in about 20 days after artificial insemination by the simple operation without using another equipment, and accurate examination is carried out, in particular, by comparing color change of the examination line with the control line as a reference to determine the success of the noncyesis.
