<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide medicinal herbal rice obtained by superimposing/coating the surfaces of rice grains with various kinds of health medicaments and coloring matters so that the rice infiltrated with medicinally effective components can be obtained after cooked and thereby inexpensive and continuous intake of the medicinally effective components is achieved at each meal, and effects on therapeutic diet can be expected, in view of the fact that various kinds of health medicaments are so expensive and need to sustain strong will for continuous intake while various kinds of health medicaments are sold for purpose of preventing and/or ameliorating adult diseases and/or life-style related diseases and they achieve good effects as is well known. <P>SOLUTION: The medicinal herbal rice is obtained by the following steps: preparing a mixed liquid where health medicaments containing Sasa albo- marginata extract, turmeric, propolis, Agaricus, collagen, papaya juice extract and the like, and coloring matters are mixed with water, and superimposing/ coating the surfaces of grains 1, 2, rice with 3-, 5- or 7-brown rice, milled rice with embryo, cleaned rice, retort rice or the like, or wash-free rice, with the readily prepared liquid by an immersion method or spraying method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
