<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that solves various problems of handling of printed matters such as wrong pickup and neglect in a printer. <P>SOLUTION: A printing system 100 used by one or more clients 200 via a network 300 has a printing mechanism 120 for executing printing, a storage device 160 functioning as destination information recording means for recording user destination information, and a user interface part 130 functioning as message sending receiving means for receiving a command to send a specific message to a user of the system; and also has a controller 111 for, when the user interface part 130 receives a message sending command, reading out destination information from the storage device 160, and sending a specific message to the destination client 200 via the network 300. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
