<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent (1) deterioration of cell laminating positioning accuracy by an overflowing adhesive, and also, prevent (2) short-circuiting by deformation of a separator when the separator is contacted to a standard part of an assembly jig. <P>SOLUTION: (1) Projections 33 protruding from an edge part to a cell inner surface direction and having a tip part to be made in contact with standard parts 34 of an assembly jig at assembly of a fuel cell are formed at the edge part of a separator of the fuel cell. The fuel cell laminating structure is set as follows. (2) The projections are shifted so as not to be lapped with each other at an anode side separator and a cathode side separator when the protruding positions are observed in a laminating direction. (3) The projections 33 are to be formed near corner parts of a rectangle of the separator. (4) An adhesive accumulator 41 is formed by changing perimeters of adjacent separators. (5) A curved surface 42 or a chamfer is attached to an end surface. (6) The adhesive accumulator 41 is provided at or near the projections 33.
