PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the quality deterioration of the still image in actual photographing, due to the movements of an object and photographic apparatus. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a motion estimator 10d for estimating the motions of an object and photographing apparatus 10, based on a moving image taken containing the object or a plurality of still images, before the actual photography of the static image of an object by a photograph unit 10c; and a photographing condition setting unit 10e for setting the shutter speed, restriction, sensitivity, emission conditions, and other photographing conditions, based on the deduced motions of the object and photograph apparatus 10. It may comprise a tremble preventing controller 10f for giving physical motion to the photograph unit 10c so as to prevent the tremble appearing in a static image of photographing, based on the estimated motions of the object and photograph unit 10, and an image corrector 10g for correcting the static image photographed as a take by the actual photographing unit 10c, based on the motions of the object and photographing unit 10.
