A cutter is provided to cut easily one end or the center of an envelope without a support by configuring a cutting groove to expose the portions of a cutting blade to the outside at a cutter case containing a cutting blade member. A cutter comprises a cutting blade member(10), a cutter case(20), a slider(30). The cutting blade member consists of a cutting blade(11) at one side longitudinally. The cutter case is contained in a guiding path(21) moving the cutting blade member to allow at least front end to be opened and to form a guiding groove(22) exposing the side of the cutting blade member. The slider is connected to the rear end of the cutting blade to be moved along the guide groove and to move the cutter blade along the guide path back and forth. The cutter case has a cutting groove(23) exposing at least one side of the cutting blade. |
