A window type air conditioning apparatus is provided to smoothly ventilate inner space of a building and to reduce installation costs of a ventilation device by improving a sealed type window installed in an outer wall of the building, and to increase use efficiency by adding air conditioning function to original function of the window. A window type air conditioning apparatus comprises an outside window, an inside window(13), a housing(14), a filter and an air conditioning unit. The outside window is formed outside a wall, and allows air to be flowed through a gap to the opened wall when being opened. The inside window is formed inside the wall, and allows the air to be flowed through the gap to the opened wall when being opened. The housing supports the outside window and/or the inside window. The filter is mounted inside the housing. The air conditioning unit is installed in the housing, and performs air conditioning of air suctioned through the filter. The air conditioning unit includes a fan, a flow path guide and a discharge grill.
