A door trim for a vehicle is provided to enhance the coupling force of a fastener bracket by changing structures of the fastener bracket, which is integrally formed with the door trim, and an inner panel bracket, which is coupled to a door inner panel. A door trim for a vehicle comprises a door trim assembly which includes a plurality of fastener brackets(70), a slider(74) and an elastic member(79). Each fastener bracket(70) extends from one side of a door inner panel to lie at right angles to the door inner panel. Each fastener bracket(70) has a substantially C-sectional shape. The slider(74) is fitted into a slit groove(72) such that the slider(74) is adjacent to a front end part of the fastener bracket(70). One end of the elastic member(79) is fixed to an inner wall of the fastener bracket(70), and the other end of the elastic member(79) is fixed by a fixing pin(77) formed in the slider(74).
