PURPOSE: A method is provided to make a porous integration carbon with a range of 1nm to 50μm. CONSTITUTION: A solution is made by dissolving an organic monomer including hydroxyl groups or amine, an aldehyde and surfactant in water and adjusting an acidity into pH5-14. The solution is agitated, and the agitated solution is polymerized at a temperature of 30 to 200°C. The polymerized porous integrated polymer is dried. The dried porous integrated polymer is carbonized at a temperature of 500 to 3000°C at an inactive atmosphere.
