PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting member preventing stress generated in a member to be fitted astride a plurality of members and an assembly including the fitting member. SOLUTION: The fitting member 20 has a main body part fitted to a first member, fitting parts 25 fitted to a second member 30 and stress absorbing parts 26 connecting the main body part to the fitting parts 25 and formed to be easily deformed.
