PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a propulsive power using centrifugal force and precession. SOLUTION: When a small flywheel 2 is rotated 2,000 turns, revolved 200 turns along a U-shaped curved ring 3, and then rotated 100 turns by the overall rotation of a large flywheel 9, the force is transferred in a vertical direction against a tangent line by precession at two points: the rotation and the revolution of the small flywheel 2 and the 100 turns of overall rotation. At the same time, a lifting power (the force is transferred in the vertical direction along the tangent line of the rotation of the large flywheel 9) is used and the centrifugal force is exerted in a 60 degrees upward direction from the small flywheel 2 to generate a propulsive power by the resultant force.
