PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a console height adjusting device for a construction machine, in which the height of the console can be easily adjusted in simple constitution without greatly changing the longitudinal position of an operation lever. SOLUTION: The device comprises a support member 1 extended in the longitudinal direction on the side of the driver's seat to support the console 13 from below, a shaft member 2 extended horizontally rightward and leftward of the driver's seat, and supported to be capable of swinging to the driver's seat, a first support shaft 7 fixed to the driver's seat, and supported by one end part of the support member 1 to be capable of swinging longitudinally, and rotating, a swing member 4 fixed at one end to the shaft member 2 to be rotatable to a center axis of the shaft member 2, and a second support shaft 8 fixed to the other end of the swing member 4 to pivotally support the other end part of the support member 1.
