PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a data amount required for window function generation and to save the required capacity of storage. SOLUTION: An adder 4 adds a quadratic differential value of a window function used for current processing read from storage 1 and a primary differential value of a window function to be processed currently to generate a primary differential value of a new window function which to be processed next. By adding a real value of the window function to be processed currently, the adder 5 generates a real value of the window function to be processed next.
