PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an environmental testing apparatus which can realize miniaturization of a temperature chamber, while securing the residence time of the works inside the chamber. SOLUTION: A conveying path 4 for conveying work conveying pallets 2, loaded with works comprises an upstream side horizontal conveying path 7 extending horizontally in a linear fashion inside the temperature chamber 3; a downstream-side horizontal conveying path 8 extending horizontally in a linear fashion at the same height on the extension line of the upstream side horizontal conveying path 7; an upstream-side vertical conveying path 9 conveying upward the work conveying pallets 2, received from the upstream side horizontal conveying path 7; and a downstream-side vertical conveying path 10, conveying downward the work conveying pallets 2 received from the upstream-side vertical conveying path 9 to the height location of the downstream side horizontal conveying path 8 and delivering them to the downstream-side horizontal conveying path 8. The works are detoured in a perpendicular direction, while being conveyed in a horizontal direction. The length of the conveying path 4 for securing the time to reside the works in the temperature chamber 3 can be shortened in the horizontal direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
