摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a measurement precision of ionization potential. SOLUTION: A device for measuring ionization potential from a current value obtained by irradiating a sample with ultra-violet light includes a dispersion unit for dispersing ultra-violet light with a predetermined wavelength from continuous light emitted from a light source, a filter unit for acquiring ultra-violet light in a plurality of wavelength ranges by a filter from the ultra-violet light dispersed by the dispersion unit, a current/light intensity measurement unit for measuring, by irradiating a sample and a light-intensity detector with ultra-violet light with a wavelength range acquired by the filter unit which is not equal, a current generated from the sample and the light intensity acquired from a light-intensity detector, and a control unit for measuring ionized potential in ultra-violet light in differences of individual wavelength ranges acquired by the filter unit from a plurality of measurement results which are acquired by the current/light intensity measurement unit.
