PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timepiece dial having excellent optical transparency and an excellent esthetic appearance; to provide a timepiece equipped with the timepiece dial; and to provide a timepiece having an excellent esthetic appearance, capable of transmitting light entering from the cover glass side to the movement side with high transmittance. SOLUTION: This timepiece dial 1 is equipped with a plastic plate 22 mainly composed of a plastic material; and a metal plate 21 provided on the observer side rather than the plastic plate 22, and mainly composed of a metal material. The metal plate 21 is provided with an opening part 213 penetrating in the thickness direction. The opening part 213 has a sectional area increasing part 214 wherein the sectional area is increased from the first surface side 211 which is a main surface on the observer side of the metal plate 213 toward the second surface 212 side which is a main surface on the facing side to the plastic plate 22.
