PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll type fluid machine capable of preventing the leakage of grease and enhancing durability and reliability. SOLUTION: Support members 16, 17 constituting a ball coupling mechanism 15 are provided with guide grooves 19, 20 for guiding balls 18. A pedestal part 1D of a casing 1 is provided with a grease accommodating part 21 for accommodating the balls 18. A tip face 21A of the grease accommodating part 21 is arranged closer to a rotary scroll 4 side from a center position of the balls 18. Thus, grease G in the grease accommodating part 21 can be prevented from leaking to the outside by centrifugal force of the balls 18. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
