Wear resistant materials which can be metallic or non-metallic in nature are infused into polyurethane or rubber. Enhanced wear resistance and usage time are achieved by adding wear resistant materials thereby increasing hardness, impact and wear resistance. This new material can be used to protect components from erosion due to abrasive slurries and dry abrasive materials. |
