The organic light emitting device according to the present invention has first and second charge generation layers arranged between an anode and a cathode, has a first stack arranged between the anode and the first charge generation layer and having a blue organic light emitting layer, has a second stack arranged between the first charge generation layer and the second charge generation layer and having a yellow-green organic light emitting layer, has a third stack arranged between the second charge generation layer and the cathode and having the blue organic light emitting layer, and has a charge adjustment layer, doped with a blue dopant, formed in at least one hole transporting layer from a hole transporting layer of the first stack and a hole transporting layer of the third stack.
