According to an embodiment of the present invention, a charging/discharging jig fixes a battery cell to charge/discharge the battery cell. The charging/discharging jig comprises: a support frame; a first pressurization block located in the support frame; a pressurization block control unit connected to the first pressurization block to rotate so as to vertically move the first pressurization block; and a torque sensor attached to the pressurization block control unit to measure torque generated due to the rotation of the pressurization block control unit. Therefore, the charging/discharging jig can uniformly maintain a resistance value of the battery cell in a charging/discharging test.
