PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cookware in which only a baking member can easily be replaced and cooked food of several kinds of shapes can be obtained by using several kinds of baking members.SOLUTION: Cookware 10 concerning the present invention is used when food is cooked by a heat source. The cookware 10 comprises a form member 14 and baking members 12. The form member 14 is brought into contact with a heat source and is heated. The baking member 12 has a food contact surface 16 coming into contact with food to be cooked.
