<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning device for a flush toilet device in which rinsing water can be economized, the whole device can be constructed in a compact form and heat of condenser can be effectively radiated. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with a refrigerating cycle composed of a compressor 2, condenser 3 and an evaporator 5, an air conditioning device air-conditioning a toilet room 1, a heat exchange means 14 disposed outside a water tank and exchanging heat with the condenser by rinsing water connected to the water tank under a high water level 9 of the water tank 12 and flowing from there, and a control means 17 controlling the operation of the air conditioning device. The air conditioning device, heat exchange means, control means and the water tank are covered by a case 15 having a suction port 24 and an air outlet 25. The case stands erect at the rear of a toiler seat 16 installed on a toilet 8. The heat exchange means is provided with a discharge channel 17 letting the rinsing water flow to the toilet.
