<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for making ozonous water which reduces the cost of making the ozonous water and generates ozone of a high concentration from the beginning of starting the operation of ozonous water making by adopting a pipeline constitution interposed with one solenoid controlled directional control valve. <P>SOLUTION: In making the ozonous water, an air feed pipeline for regeneration connected with an air pump 5 and an air dryer 2 via an ozone generator 3 is closed and an ozone supply pipeline connected with the air dryer 2 and an aspirator 4 via the ozone generator 3 is opened by changing over the 3-port solenoid controlled directional control valve 9. In regenerating a desiccant of the air dryer 2, the ozone supply pipeline is closed and the air feed pipeline for regeneration is opened by changing over the control valve 9. The air dryer 2 regenerates the desiccant absorbing the moisture from the air for regeneration. Also, the air for regeneration is fed to the air dryer 2 by bypassing the ozone generator 3 by a bypass pipeline 15 to maintain the ozone generator 3 at a dry state, with which the ozone of a high concentration can be generated from the beginning of starting the operation of the ozonous water making. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
