Disclosed are a service implementation method and device, and a terminal. A distribution scheme for a current service is determined according to a preset rule by using at least two communication modules of a service implementation device; the current service is distributed to a corresponding communication module according to the determined distribution scheme; and the communication module to which the service is distributed processes the distributed service. By means of the technical scheme of the present invention, distribution processing of a current service is implemented, the service processing efficiency is improved, and each communication module is also effectively utilized; when a 4G data service and 2G and 3G voice services are triggered at the same time, parallel processing can be implemented after the service is distributed by using the present invention. |
