<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell generating device in which the exhaust heat of the fuel cell unit is utilized effectively and stable drive of the fuel cell unit and the heat-absorbing water heater can be made, and its control method. <P>SOLUTION: This is a fuel cell generating device that comprises a fuel cell unit 1, a heat exchanger 34 for recovering the exhaust heat generated in the fuel cell unit, a hot-water heat-transfer flowing circuit 49 that flows the hot water heated by this heat exchanger to a heat-absorbing water heater 39, a discharge hot-water flow circuit 47 that flows the hot water heated by the above heat exchanger 34 to a cooling tower 37 as a heat radiation equipment, and a hot-water switching valve for switching the above hot-water heat-transfer flowing circuit 49 and the discharge hot-water flow circuit 47. A hot-water supply quantity control valve 48 is provided in place of the hot-water switching valve and a control device 45 that measures the temperature of the discharge hot water and controls the hot-water heat transfer supply quantity to the heat- absorbing water heater 39 so that this temperature becomes a prescribed temperature is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
