FIELD: hydraulic and pneumatic drives. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for dividing and summing up power flows. Proposed hydraulic machine contains stationary housing with mechanism to adjust flows, and movable housing accommodating rotor with working members. Movable housing is installed for displacement relative to rotor and it is made oval in section. Low-friction band with slots for engagement with working members for rotation together with rotor is installed from inner side of housing. Working members can be furnished with rollers.
