PURPOSE:To keep sufficient heat-weldability under the irradiation with radiation, by applying anchor treatment to at least one surface of a polyimide resin film and subsequently extruding polyolefin to coat the treated film to form a composite film. CONSTITUTION:A curable adhesive composed of isocyanate, polyester, polyethyleneimine or a mixture thereof is diluted with an org. solvent such as toluene, ethyl acetate or methyl ethyl ketone to prepare an anchor agent. This anchor agent is applied to the single surface or both surfaces of a polyimide resin film. Subsequently, polyolefin such as polyethylene or an ionomer is extruded to be applied to the polyimide resin film subjected to the anchor treatment according to an extrusion laminating method to prepare a heat- weldable composite film.
