PURPOSE:To realize the application of a general personal computer for the title test method by grasping the flows of works in relation with the working state of each production equipment without tracking each work and replacing the working states of the production equipments at each fixed cycle time. CONSTITUTION:The working pattern of each production equipment is sorted into an idle state, a working state, a pre-processing job waiting state and an operator corresponding state, for example for control of the flows of works. These four states are replaced with the numerical data in the form of a queue and the queue produced between the production equipments is controlled. Thus the flows of works can be grasped. Therefore it is not required to obtain the job processing information on each work for control and the production facilities can be controlled with the minimum quantity of information together with the facilitated processing of the information. As a result, the optimum control test method can be performed even with use of a general personal computer. |
