<p>PURPOSE:To prevent jumping out of a sheet by regulating the movement of the sheet in the transport direction by a regulating member, interlocking with operating means at the time of installing a sheet toring device on a machine body or detaching same. CONSTITUTION:In case of installing a cassette 2 having a lot of sheets S loaded on an intermediate plate 9 on an image formation apparatus, when a lever 21 is turned, the forward end 21a thereof pushes an inclined portion 20a of a slider 20, so that the slider 20 is moved in the direction of an arrow B to turn a regulating plate 17 clockwise, and the sheets S are regulated from jumping out in the transport direction by one end 17a thereof. After installation, when the lever 21 is released, one end 17a of the regulating plate 17 retreats from a regulating position, so that the sheets S are fed one by one by rotation of a paper feed roller 6. Also in case of pulling out the cassette 2 from a machine body, jumping out of the sheets S is regulated by similar operation. Thus, multi-feeding and scattering of the sheets can be prevented.</p> |
