<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that has a tunable filter and light attenuator functions at the same time, and changes the wavelength and intensity of output light. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a light input end, a 1st light output end, a 2nd light output end, a 1st rotatable optical device, a 2nd rotatable optical device, and a 3rd rotatable optical device. The input end is used to receive a 1st optical signal and a 2nd optical signal. When the angle of the 1st rotatable optical device is adjusted, the 1st optical signal is able to pass through and the 2nd optical signal is reflected. The 2nd rotatable optical device allows the 1st optical signal to be outputted from the 1st output end. When the angle of the 2nd rotatable optical device is adjusted, the intensity of the 1st optical signal outputted from the 1st output end changes. The angle of the 3rd rotatable optical device is adjusted with respect to the angle of the 1st rotatable optical device, so that the 2nd optical signal can be outputted from the 2nd output end. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
