<p>PURPOSE:To improve the dust collecting rate by making the size of an electret filter to be 4-8 times the opening area of a filter unit, and METSUKE (unit) weight to be 50-100g/m<2>. CONSTITUTION:The size of electret filter 7n is made 4-8 times the opening area of the filter unit 6, and its METSUKE (unit) weight to be 50-100g/m<2>. When positive high voltage is impressed or high voltage discharging lines 2 from a high voltage power source 4, electrodischarge current flows from the high voltage discharging lines 2 to the metallic counter earth electrode plates 3, and ionized areas are formed. Floating dust is sucked by an air sucking fan 11 together with air, and the particles 13 of large diameter are removed by a prefilter 12, and fine particle 14 passing through the prefilter 12 are made into positively charged particles 15. Wen the charged particles 15 approach to the electric filter 7, the particles are attracted by electrostatic force to the one side of polarized dipoles disposed in zigzag.</p> |
