发明名称 STARTING METHOD FOR THERMOSYPHON FOR HIGH TEMPERATURE HEAT SOURCE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve response to heat upon starting by a method wherein operating liquid is made to flow out of a second liquid returning tube upon starting and, thereafter, the operating liquid is sprayed against the inner surface of a sealed tube from a first liquid returning tube provided at the inside of the sealed tube. CONSTITUTION:When a second opening and closing valve 10 is opened to conduct operating liquid 12 in a condensing unit 6 along the inner surface of a sealed tube 2 from a second liquid returning tube 11 upon starting heat collection, the wall surface temperature of an evaporating unit 4 is reduced. On the other hand, the vapor of the operating liquid, which is generated in the evaporating unit 4, provides a heat exchanging coil 5 with heat and is condensed whereby the vapor outputs heat in the form of hot-water or the like. After the wall surface temperature of the evaporating unit 4 is reduced in some degree in such a manner, the first opening and closing valve 9 is opened and the second opening and closing valve 10 is closed to spray the operating liquid 12 against the wall surface of the evaporating unit 4 from the small holes 8 of a first liquid returning tube 7. In this case, the wall surface can be wetted uniformly and the generation of evaporation is facilitated since the temperature of the wall surface is low. When the starting operation of the title syphon is effected in accordance with the above-described program, evaporation can be effected energetically and, thereafter, the operating liquid 12 is sprayed against the wall surface of the evaporating unit 4 whereby the generating amount of vapor upon starting is ample and response to heat is improved.
