DIE FOR MOLDING MULTILAYER AND MONOLAYER PIPES

PURPOSE:To provide a die for molding a multi- and mono-layer pipes which can give the multi- and mono-layer pipes with a uniform thickness and a high strength on each layer and the whole and excellent quality on appearance. CONSTITUTION:The title die has a structure wherein resins for the inner and outer layers are each fed into each exclusive resin feeding path 12 and 10 of the inner and outer mandrel 3 and 2 provided in an axial center part of a die and these resins are each guided onto each outer peripheral face of the mandrels 3 and 2 through a plurality of resin distribution paths 13 and 11 provided in each mandrel 3 and 2 and are uniformly made flow and dispersed by means of resin distribution channels 19 and 18 such as spiral channels provided on the outer peripheral faces of mandrels 3 and 2 to obtain a multi-layer pipe with a uniform thickness.
